I was getting fed up with not hearing from DFES about our DHL tracking info, so I rang them. First they said they hadn't received my email with all the DHL info, which was safely in my sent folder!! Forwarded it to a different DFES address and it arrived immediately, very strange!!! Then they dropped the bombshell - our parcel hadn't been picked up yesterday, it was still at their offices!!!!! Aaaaaaargh!!!! I could have cried :-(I rang DHL - they confirmed that the collection was correctly booked on their computer systems, and even contacted the driver, but he could not explain why the parcel had not been collected!!! I had to rebook the collection for today. I am so upset - I was so happy yesterday thinking everything was on its way to the CCAA, and its not.
Will these delays never end??????

We had a similar mishap. Our papers were WEDGED into the Fed Ex box and so we thought they had been lost. We had every one looking! Eventually ( only 26 hours later but it felt like a lifetime) we went to the drop off point ourselves and found the papers. Ugh... Thanks for the comment as well. I love your blog.
