Hello everyone - if there's anyone out there lol. Well I know from the counter that people are out there - I'd love some comments hint hint :-)
Today Fraulein was only at college for a couple of hours, so instead of driving all the way home I went to the supermarket cafe and had breakfast and then got the bits and pieces I'd forgotten to add to the online shopping I did yesterday. And a couple of really cute baby tops and the cutest ever pair of pink baby trainers, all for MeiMei :-) Every now and again I just HAVE to buy something for her, just to convince myself it IS all still happening and it cheers me up too :-) And retail therapy isn't quite so hard on the waist as chocolate therapy lol :-)
This afternoon after getting back from my oh so hard shopping trip, I had to take Little Prince to the doctors (again!!). We saw our regular GP, not just one of the practice GPs like last time, and I really trust what this doctor says. He says the 'whatever it is' on Little Prince's hands isn't exzema (phew - I had a friend in High School who really really struggled with exzema and I wouldn't wish that on anyone - especially not on my bestest boy). He thinks it is probably a reaction to the virus Little Prince had ages ago (!!!) and recommends that we stop the steroid creams (I hated putting something so powerful on his skin anyway, so I'm pleased about that) and just use the moisturiser liberally and that the skin should heal itself in a few weeks. Its definitely not contagious, so Little Prince is ok to start school tomorrow too. I just wish we'd seen this doctor in the first place!!!
