Little Prince's teacher has just called and he is ok - phew!! He had a few tears this morning as she cleaned his arm after his tumble from his scooter, but has been fine every since. The class has been in assembly and done PE and have been kept very busy - probably to stop them from worrying. He isn't the only one who has had a bit of a cry, other kids in the class have too. He was on the computer when she called, making a Mickey Mouse video :-) She said she would stay close by during lunch, and keep an eye on him and reassure him if he needs it. I feel so much better now, just hope he has as good an afternoon!!!

Teacher called

Our little one has cried today.He doesn't want to go to school and its upsetting
Not to worry ladies... This kind of behaviour is normal for little boys... particularly little boys who are only children, or the only son in a household. Little boys are so much less mature at that age than little girls. We had some very anxious moments with Computer Geek when he started school too.. Just be firm, tell them that you love them very much, BUT that they HAVE to go to school. Our problems faded away after the first week or so....
