More School Progress

Little Prince didn't complain about school AT ALL over the weekend!! School was mentioned a few times, but he didn't start on the "I hate school" routine that he usually does. Then this morning he got ready, ate his breakfast, had his bath, got his uniform on and STILL didn't complain AT ALL!!! At school he acted a lot more like he used to at his beloved nursery, he kept peering in the windows to see what was happening and wanted to line up and be first in. I had to haul him back to give him his bag and Bertie the giraffe, and most importantly my kiss!! I think my brave and clever little man is settling in :-) It might be taking him longer than the other kids in the class, but they haven't been through a tenth of what he has, and he's COPING :-) I am VERY VERY proud of him :-)

Its his first Parent's Evening tonight too!! Mr Messy more than likely won't be able to make it due to work commitments, so I'll be on my own! Not looking forward to that aspect, but I am looking forward to hearing how he is doing at his school work. He came home last week practising saying 'th' by sticking his tongue out (he liked that bit!!) so I know they are working on sounds, but not really much else of what they are doing!!
