On Monday I had to pick Drama Teen up from College at lunchtime, and then we popped over to the Flooring Company that I had arranged to buy an off cut of cushion floor from. The flooring came in a bigger roll than I thought it would, but luckily it still fitted in the car, especially as Princess Lollipop was fast asleep and didn't get upset about it being right next to her seat! She did wake up once we got home, and was most indignant about the intruder in her space lol.
During the day Little Prince's trampoline was delivered in two enormous boxes, that are now sat in the hall waiting for the garden to be ready! Little Prince and Princess Lollipop are very very excited, and not that patient!! I hope our Garden Clearance Man can finish quickly!!
After school I took the littlies to the park to alleviate some of their frustration about not being able to play in the garden yet. We stayed at the park until it was time to go and pick Mrs LMS from work, the littlies managed to wear me down and I got them a Drive Through tea on the way to getting Mrs LMS. I'll have to remember to drive the back way more often, so we don't even pass the tempting place!! When I picked Mrs LMS up she was extremely excited at the new friend she'd made at work!! Apparently the friend is a young lady from the same State in America as Mr LMS, who is married to an Englishman and they went through the same Visa process that Mr and Mrs LMS are about to apply for, last year!! I think this has helped cheer Mrs LMS up a lot, as she was getting quite overwhelmed by all the documents she has to assemble! So to be able to talk to someone who successfully went through the process last year, and get their advice, is going to help her so much :-) She was even more excited to learn that her friend's Visa came through in about a week!!! Although Mr LMS will probably stay in America until early September even if he is allowed to travel earlier, to finish his Electrician's Apprenticeship.
I dropped Mrs LMS off at OUR shop, as she had a Doctor's appointment and would come home later with Mr Messy. The littlies weren't happy at leaving her there and wanted both her and Daddy to come home with us. They are both working very hard in the Photography Business and are often not home until later in the evenings, meaning the littlies don't get to see either of them very much :-(
