Second day of school

Little Prince wasn't happy this morning that he had to go to school EVERY day!! He also said that it was too long away from mummy - I had to hide the tears at that point. Together we worked out how to try and make him feel better, his school bag was packed with extra cuddlies and I gave him Kissing Hands when we said goodbye. Luckily that seemed to do the trick and he happily scootered all the way to school, and had another great day :-) Although like kids everywhere, he can't remember anything he did!!! He was incredibly tired tonight too, instead of running round and playing as he normally would, he just lay on the sofa and watched tv - he even tried to eat his snack lying down!!

I found today harder than yesterday!! Yesterday Mr Messy worked from home and Little Miss Sensible and The Boyfriend were here. Today everyone was out - the day seemed very long and the house seemed incredibly quiet!! I managed to not spend the whole day on the computer, which is almost miraculous!! I got loads done and ticked of my 'to do list' which makes me feel very virtuous lol. And even though I was tired out (and I ache all over!) from yesterday's digging I didn't succumb to temptation, and walked Little Prince to school and walked again at home time. Its no great distance (1/2 mile one way), but it is so tempting to jump in the car, but I need to get more active and this is one way of doing it!
